• ActorLab provides AI-powered tools for acting work, with free and paid plans.
• You retain ownership of the scripts, recordings, and other content you upload. The tools process content you submit, including through third-party providers.
• AI feedback and generated content can be inaccurate. Review results before using or sharing them.
• Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Your billing portal shows your subscription and cancellation details.
• Only upload material you have the right to use, and only clone your own voice or a voice you have documented permission to use.

By accessing or using ActorLab, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is processed when you use the service.

You are responsible for having the authority and any permissions needed to use the service and submit content. For questions about use by a minor, contact support@tombstonedash.com.

ActorLab provides script and scene analysis, AI scene partners, voice and self-tape tools, demo reel tools, and career tracking. Features use third-party services, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen. Available features and usage limits may change.

You can sign in with Google or an email address and password. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Contact support@tombstonedash.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

ActorLab offers free and paid plans. The pricing page and checkout show the available plans, prices, billing interval, and applicable charges.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Use the billing portal linked from your account settings to manage your subscription. Review the cancellation date and remaining access shown there.

For refund or billing questions, contact support@tombstonedash.com. Check your subscription and checkout details for the charges that apply to your plan.

You retain ownership of scripts, sides, audio, video, photos, resume data, and other content you upload. You grant ActorLab permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service, including sending content to providers used by the feature you select.

• You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and process your content. Do not redistribute copyrighted material without permission.
• Only clone your own voice or a voice you have documented permission to use.
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.

AI-generated analysis, feedback, audio, and other output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output given to other users. Review it before relying on it or sharing it. ActorLab does not promise audition, casting, or career results.

Scene partners, avatars, and synthetic voices are AI features. Their output is not an endorsement by a real person. Use of generated output is also subject to the terms of the providers involved.

• Use ActorLab lawfully and respect intellectual property, privacy, and other rights.
• Do not impersonate another person or clone their voice or likeness without permission.
• Do not upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not circumvent usage limits or misuse account credentials.

ActorLab’s software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of them to you.

To report a copyright concern about content on ActorLab, contact support@tombstonedash.com. Identify the material, where it appears, and how you can be contacted.

ActorLab uses third-party providers for authentication, payments, AI features, storage, hosting, analytics, monitoring, and email. Their terms and privacy policies describe their services. Provider availability can affect ActorLab features.

AI output can contain errors, and access to features can be interrupted by technical issues or provider availability. Review your results and keep copies of important content.

You can stop using ActorLab at any time. Manage a paid subscription through the billing portal to cancel billing. Contact support@tombstonedash.com with account deletion or data-copy requests.
