By accessing and using ActorLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
ActorLab provides AI-powered tools for actors. You agree to use these tools responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose. You may not use our service to violate any rights of others or engage in harmful activities.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of scripts and content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your creative work. However, you grant us a license to process and display your content within the service. ActorLab's tools, design, and code remain our intellectual property.
