• You retain ownership of the content you upload. ActorLab processes that content to provide its tools.
• AI features send relevant text, audio, images, or session data to the providers that power them.
• Stripe processes paid subscriptions. ActorLab stores subscription information such as plan, status, and customer identifiers.

ActorLab provides script analysis, scene practice, voice and self-tape tools, career tracking, and related features. This policy describes the information processed by those features and how to contact us about it.

• Account information: name, email address, and profile information provided through Google sign-in or account registration. Email/password accounts use hashed passwords.
• Content: scripts, sides, text, voice recordings, video, photos, resumes, and career data you submit to the tools.
• Voice cloning: audio you submit to create a voice model through ElevenLabs.
• Billing: subscription status, plan, and Stripe identifiers used to manage your subscription. Payment details are collected through Stripe checkout.
• Usage and device information: product analytics through PostHog and error reports through Sentry, including technical information associated with usage and errors.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting support, email delivery records, and unsubscribe preferences.

• To understand usage, diagnose errors, and improve the service.

When you use an AI feature, relevant content is transmitted to a provider to generate the result. The provider used depends on the feature and its configuration.

• OpenAI and Google Gemini: text analysis, character tools, coaching, and supported image or video analysis. These features send submitted text and, where relevant, images or media frames.
• ElevenLabs: text-to-speech and voice features. It receives text to speak and, for voice cloning, the submitted voice audio.
• HeyGen: avatar scene partner sessions and the session data needed to run them.
• Provider terms and privacy policies describe their data practices. Contact support with questions about a particular feature’s processing.
• Voice recordings can identify a person. Only submit your own voice for cloning or a voice you have documented permission to use.

ActorLab uses PostgreSQL for account and structured data, with Neon database integration; Vercel Blob for uploaded files and exports; and Vercel for application hosting. AI processing also sends content to the providers described above.

ActorLab sends information to providers used to operate its features:

• Google for Google sign-in; Stripe for payment and subscription management.
• OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen for AI features.
• Neon and Vercel for database, hosting, and file storage.
• PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring.
• Resend, SendGrid, and a Gmail SMTP fallback for email delivery, depending on configuration.

ActorLab uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication and session management. PostHog is used for product analytics. Browser settings can restrict cookies and storage; doing so can affect sign-in or other features.

Account data, saved content, and subscription records are stored to support the service. Retention and deletion can differ by data type and provider. Contact support@tombstonedash.com about deletion of particular content or an account, including questions about provider-held copies.

ActorLab uses hashed passwords and authentication checks to protect account access. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Contact support@tombstonedash.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
